BINGO-S lambda system
is used for controlling and optimization of the gas-air mixture
taken by the engine using the signal from the oxygen sensor. It
protects the catalytic converter in the vehicle. Contains 4 or 6
channel petrol injectors emulator. Miniature control panel
allows switching between petrol and gas. When connected to the
tank level sensor it displays the current level with 5 led
diodes. In the complete set you will find: electronic control
unit, main harness, emulator harness (with or without European
connectors), actuator with Sonceboz stepper motor, miniature
control panel, temperature sensor and small mounting elements.
BINGO-S is entirely programmed using PC computer or
Simpad device.
The device is certified according to Regulation no. 67R01.

Lambda System BINGO-M

BINGO-M called by us “Small Bingo”, has been
created for the needs of our customers, which asked for a device
combining advantages of BINGO (production discontinued) and
BINGO-S device. We created the device having improved
microcontroller program taken from BINGO-S, in the small
economical enclosure with built-in one channel injector
emulator. Miniature control panel has led diodes indicating
switching to gas and gas reserve. In the complete set you will
find: electronic control unit, harness, control panel and small
mounting elements.
The software is very similar
to BINGO-S with some additional options. The PC interface has
not been changed.
The algorithms for stepper motor controlling are based on our
experiences with BINGO-S and chassis dynamometer tests made in
our premises. In this way we created the controller operating
correctly in most vehicles and very price competitive.
The device is certified according to Regulation no. 67R01.

Basic parameters of BINGO-S and BINGO-M
- Available versions:
- BINGO-M: one channel emulator, without injector
connectors, reserve indication,
- BINGO-S.4: four channel emulator, without injector
connectors, full level indication,
- BINGO-S.4W: four channel emulator, with european
injector connectors, full level indication,
- BINGO-S.6: six channel emulator, without injector
connectors, full level indication,
- BINGO-S.6W: six channel emulator, with european
injector connectors, full level indication.
Basic settings:
- Autoadaptation – device will start operating from the
initial position and will be adapting to the current conditions.
Oxygen sensor type:
- 0..1V raising signal,
- 0..5V raising signal,
- 5..0V falling signal,
- 0,8..1,6V raising signal.
- Operatem with sensors type PULL-UP I PULL-DOWN (Bingo-S
version).
Throttle position sensor (TPS) type:
- 0..5V linear signal,
- > 5..0V linear signal,
- no TPS,
- 0-12V switch type (plus connection),
- 12-0V switch type (ground connection),
- BOSCH (two tracks).
- TPS inertion on idle run (0,1-0,4) V (Bingo-S version).
Oxygen sensor emulation:
- ground (ground connection),
- wave (simulation with the modifiable square wave – frequency,
duty cycle),
- disconnected (no signal).
Driving type:
- normal,
- economical,
- sport.
Tank level sensor type:
- 9 levels,
- 0-90 ohm,
- reserve.
Engine speed:
- choice of the ignition system type,
- choice of the switching level (1500-3500 rpm),
- switching with raising or falling rpm.
Additional functions:
- CUT-OFF function,
- limit of maximum engine speed,
- setting of the minimum temperature for switching to gas
(10..60 °C)
Advanced parameters:
- maximum opening of the stepper motor – setting of the value
from the range 20-255 steps with 1 step accuracy,
- minimum opening of the stepper motor – setting of the value
from the range 20-255 steps with 1 step accuracy,
- time of emulation of the HIGH state – range 0,025-6,375
seconds, accuracy 0,025 seconds,
- time of emulation of the LOW state – range 0,025-6,375
seconds, accuracy 0,025 seconds,
- lambda readout delay (open loop delay) – range 0:05-21:15,
accuracy 0:05 (minutes:seconds),
- time of phase overlap gas/petrol – time of keeping the
injector working (from opening gas valve to the distributing the
gas through the mixer) – range 0,1-10,0) seconds, accuracy 0,1
seconds.
